Gospel Lakes!!!

We had such a great time serving at Gospel Lakes a few weeks ago!  Lindsay is a highly efficient professional hot dog server. 

We learned so much from some of our new friends who made it all look so easy.  Friendly service with a smile!

Everyone there had plenty to eat.

You can't beat Cracker Barrel for breakfast and chili dogs for lunch.

Christy showed off her face painting skills.

Some of the guys helped the kids learn how to fish.

We worked hard and had such a great time!  There should be more pictures coming soon!

Girls Night Out!!!

At the end of the summer some of the ladies got together for a much needed Girls Night Out.

We went to the Melting Pot and indulged in some dessert.

Some people just didn't get the concept of which fork you eat with.

We were out a little late but we all enjoyed great conversation and fabulous chocolate. 

Summer Party!!!

We got together for a summer party last Saturday.  I have no idea what the story is behind this picture and I don't know if I want to know.

Some people spent the entire party playing volleyball...

...and took it very seriously.

The next day some people were sore from playing while others were sore from losing.

It was pretty hot so something had to be done.

The kids definitely enjoyed their adorable pool.

The larger pool also provided relief from the heat.

There was so much going on all at the same time.

Some people took the opportunity to sit back and catch up.

I don't think we ever have a get together that doesn't have food.  We should keep it that way!

Bakery Recap & Family Party Reminder

A few people stopped by Rao's Bakery on Thursday for some sweet treats and great conversation.  If you weren't there you definitely missed out! 

Don't forget about the family party this Saturday.  We made a trip to Costco on Friday for food and will be very disappointed if we have lots of leftovers.  (Note: Not all the items in the cart are for the party so don't expect to see those apples.)
